[Inkscape-translator] Upcoming 0.45 release

Hi all, Just wanted to give translators heads up that we've begun discussing the 0.45 release. No dates have been set for a freeze, but it could be coming up this month, so please plan to put time into updating translations within the next couple weeks. I'll post more info when we have a release plan solidified. Thanks, Bryce
