I prefer several small files to work. A great unique file affects negatively on morale.

I think this is great. One question, is there a reason we shouldn't merge to the two .po files (app and tutorial)? I was curious if that would be easier for translators.
I prefer having them separate, so diffent people can work on different tutorials.
