[Inkscape-translator] Arabic web translation

Hello translators,

In the past few days i was busy working, unfortunately i couldn't send this e-mail sooner.

So, i'm at 28% of the translation, i'm checking the translations with a friend who's more friendly with arabic websites. Now, i want to make my first submission. Sylvain gave me some instructions, but i didn't have linux at that time, and i can't find the e-mail anymore. I submitted the file to the bug report about arabic translation here : https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape-web/+bug/1613072 after reading the wiki; I hope i understood well :p
