[Inkscape-translator] new strings in win32 installer

Hello all,

there are some new strings in the win32 installer for translation

snipped from the *.nsh files ; 24 october 2006 new languages en_US@...110..., th ; 3rd December 2006 new languages eu km ; 14th December 2006 new lng_DeletePrefs, lng_DeletePrefsDesc, lng_WANT_UNINSTALL_BEFORE and lng_OK_CANCEL_DESC

The files can be found in the inkscape/packaging/win32/ directory.
