[Inkscape-translator] Armenian Translation

I've started Armenian translation, now I have 16% translated, I won't be able to work on translation for a month or more, so please put it to the trunk, maybe during this time there will be someone else who will work on it. I've uploaded hy.po file to http://3.file.am/383. Currently there is no hy.po file in the trunk. I've created it from .pot file. Thanks for your work.
