[Inkscape-translator] is 'feMorphology' translatable?

Hi all,

There are messages which contains strings like 'feMorphology', but other messages are, ie "Morphology" (which are translatable).

Si I'm wondering if "<b>feMorphology</b> filter efect could be translate as "<b>Morphology</b>" (in Basque should be 'Morfologia').

Ouch, other question,

msgid "PLACEHOLDER, do not translate" msgstr ""

Shall we put in translation string 'PLACEHOLDER', like msgid "PLACEHOLDER, do not translate" msgstr ""

Or we must let it empty...
