A binary archive of rev. 14225 for Windows 32bit is available
(ftp://download.tuxfamily.org/inkscape/). Since Windows is not my main operating system
the FTP site is not updated very regularly, and some intermediate builds are removed to
free some disk space from time to time, but it could be useful if you need to test your PO
file.

I would like this to be linked on inkscape.org if it could be called
official builds.
Everytime i try to build anything on Windows i have a hard time because
the instructions are often for Linux.
