Hi Yuri I had a look at the link you sent me.
I have a question:
In the manual the #~ entry type is not mentioned. Should I just ignore it?

I have been learning how to use git these days. I think that I will be ok with it.
I actually had a look at the it.po file.
I have noticed that some entries have the #, fuzzy header. I imagine that they need to be corrected. If I correct them, should I remove the fuzzy line?
Also, at the bottom there is a section where entries have #~ at the beginning. What are those?
Hi,
There is a documentation on this file format:
https://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/html_node/PO-Files.html
but it is better to use the specialized editor (e.g. poEdit, OmegaT, Lokalize, gTranslator, Virtaal) to avoid mistakes.
Hope this helps.
Best regards, Yuri, Ukrainian translator, Kyiv

Hello Giambattista,
Thank you for your interest, of course you can work on the Italian translation! Lately I'm quite busy so I have less time to work on the Italian translation, so some help is useful.
Also Marco has been working on the Italian translations recently, maybe you can get in touch with him and coordinate the process. I can support both of you with translation reviewing.
Btw do you know how to use git?
