[Inkscape-translator] slovak translation

Hi, I translated a bit of sk.po interface document. I tried sticking to used translations, but I left some blank places at phrases which were unclear to me. I tried my best at translating color names, I think they don't have standardized translations to slovak, so translated names should at least give the idea of the shade.
