we're currently getting quite frequent updates :)
The page
https://inkscape.org/en/download/development-versions/
has been updated to contain the latest prerelease version. The ppa link has been moved up to be easier to find.
About the diffs: A couple of months ago, diffs were introduced to the website. We had talked about testing how they work out, and if screenshots are still needed.
Very soon, due to updates of one part of the website's software, and the deprecation of another part of it, they won't be available any more.
I believe that the change will also affect the page history (no longer available, no undo - only 'revert to live') and message sending on page publishing.
If anyone of you knows about a good software (e.g. browser plugin, currently using update-scanner) that can automatically check for and show changes to web pages graphically (including changes to links and deletions), then I'd be grateful for any tips.
