you are very welcome! Do you already have an account at staging.inkscape.org? And one at inkscape.org?
Please read the translator's guide here: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/WebSite , create an account at staging.inkscape.org, and tell me your username, so you can get the necessary permissions for editing. It's not always straightforward how things work, so it's better you practice by making a new page, editing links, adding / copying pictures and editing an existing page at least once.
For any questions, don't be afraid to ask them here - we know that the current system has some quirks ;)
When you feel familiar with the system and know how to work with the django-cms and the editor, tell us again, and we can adjust your permissions at the real website.

Pages now considered 'stable':

- https://inkscape.org/en/community/gallery/ (no translation necessary,
just copy and edit menu title)
- Community -> Blogs: just tell me the title in your language so I can
fill it in. This page does not exist, it is only a redirect link.
The corresponding main menu item 'Community' is not yet finished in English, so you may copy it over to be able to publish the other pages, but you don't need to translate it yet, as it is still subject to change.

It was so late yesterday (and I was so tired), I forgot to mention the news article:
https://inkscape.org/en/news/2015/01/30/inkscape-version-091-is-released/ (switch to your own language to translate)
and the version number in the Shield plugin (the carousel on the front page).
The new FAQ is now also available on the website. It has been thoroughly reworked to match the new release, and a lot of outdated info has been removed. Some info from the old FAQ also found a new home on other pages.

our contents editor has finished editing the pages in the Learn and Contribute menu. All of those are open for translation now!
It's a lot of contents which has been finalized, so take it step by step, and concentrate on the most important pages first:
- the Downloads pages
- the About pages
- the latest news
- the front page
- the Support Us pages would be great, too, because of the donation
campaign which was started with the release.

Can you, please, explain how should I add new pages from english website to the version in language I translate? I have understood how to publish pages, but they are empty. I suppose, it is not just a Ctrl+C/V procedure.
