[Inkscape-translator] Website: FAQ item about UniConvertor on Windows added

Hi everyone,

hope you're having a nice spring (for those in the Northern hemisphere, for the others a nice autumn ;-) )!

A new item has been added to the FAQ: https://inkscape.org/en/learn/faq/#how-install-uniconvertor-windows

It has become necessary, because UniConvertor no longer comes with Inkscape for Windows (if you happen to be able to help with compiling it, then that would be great, too ;-) ).

So, I hope everyone is well and that you have a little time to help our friends on Windows who want to export/import to some file formats that only work via UniConvertor :)
