Some basque users told me another bugs like this happened some months
ago in Launchpad with KDE module, in Ubuntu KDE's UI appears in
Hungarian language instead of Basque. I'm not sure it that bug was fixed
I use Debian, but other users prefer Ubuntu, and from my point of view,
this is a really serious bug to be forget or don't take care of.
I'm going to contact them to solve this bug.
