Where do I get the translation files...

I recently noted that we have a beautiful page to see the status of all translation files for the project ( https://inkscape.org/pt/doc/devel/translations-statistics-trunk.html) It's amazingly well done! Congrats!
Where can I get the files to make the translation? Should I get them form here http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/trunk/files/head:/po/

Yes, if you want to translate the Inkscape application itself for the development code. For 0.92, I'd rather use: http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/0.92.x/files/head:/po/
The development branch adds some new strings that you don't need to translate for now. So it's easier to translate the 0.92 file, and then we'll update the trunk with your changes and the new strings.

I got the script for the last link you sent me ( http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~inkscape.dev/inkscape/0.92.x/ files/head:/packaging/win32/languages/) and did minor modifications on it.
The file is attached. Where should I send this file to reflect updates on next major release?

You can send it to the list or create (or update) a bug report, exactly as we already do for the UI translation.
The NSIS files are now up to date in the trunk (rev. 15160) and the 0.92.x branch (rev. 15106). Thanks! -- Nicolas
