can you please check if that other email came from sourceforge?
I had sent mine to both lists, the old and the new one, so it could well have come from the other list.
I just checked the translators' list admin interface, there are no held messages and no pending subscription requests listed.
Let us know if your subscription works, so we can get the right people to look into it if necessary.
