Fellow inkscapers,

I'd like to contribute to the translation of Inkscape's GUI to Romanian. I see that the PO file is not yet entirely translated to this language; and I discovered some errors in it as well.

Who is currently handling it? It would be great if we could synchronize and figure out how to make sure we won't do the same work twice.

According to the header on the PO file, last translator is Bogdan Oancea <bogdan.oancea77@...5...>.
