I'm sorry, but we've moved tutorial translation to .po files. You should grab the corresponding .pot file here: http://inkscape.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/*checkout*/inkscape/doc-docbook/t...
Please translate the messages there and send us back your .po

Thanks, I committed this to SVN, but as Luca said, it would be much better if we had a po file for that (you can also get an HTML version then, for instance, and keeping up-to-date with changes to the original is much easier).
