Today, I'm asking for your help with translation of the following changed pages:

1. New FAQ item added: How to reset user preferences (Item 19 in the How-To questions section: https://inkscape.org/en/learn/faq/#how-reset-user-preferences )

2. The Report Bugs page has been completely rewritten: https://inkscape.org/en/contribute/report-bugs/

#1 is a quick thing, #2 is quite a large chunk.

@Finlay Thank you for your help with the news item! I did a quick review yesterday, good work! As I'm probably not able to do any translating until end of September, it would be a big help if you could look at the above ones, too. It's not urgent, though.
