The text anchor for the first link to the German irc channel is wrong: it should be "(irc://irc.freenode.org/#inkscape.de)". The actual link is correct AFAICT.

There's a mix of the original English version and the German translation of this sentence. The chat link is actually to the English version of the Chat-page (a German translation however does exist and is linked correctly via 'Community' menu).
