I'm not sure but looking at what it does helped me translate it. see menu Filters > Non realistic shaders

Also; what is "NR" in all these strings: Smooth shader NR Emboss shader NR Smooth shader dark NR Satin NR

It means non-realistic as per title of the upper-level menu. This being asked several times I think I'll try to add a translator comment but it may be difficult in this case.
