[Inkscape-user] pdf export and images

hi,

i'm using inkscape 0.44. I want to export a drawing containing imported png images to pdf. It contains transparency. with 0.43 it worked quite well except for the transparency. in 0.44 with windows the transparency worked. with linux not. and with both I encountered the problem that the images were not contained in the final pdf. What could cause probably this? Did I miss something in the options?
