Hello,
I was wondering if there was any progress going on with a graphical layer manager in Inskape. I've noticed some things in the program are quite advanced, such as grid arrangement, which I don't think Illustrator CS has, however I think it could really do with some form of graphical indication to where the layers are.
I get used to the little layers list, and can jockey up and down with the menu, but it gets harder with more complex pieces, and it would be a lot easier and faster to be able to drag objects and layers around on a hierarchial list, rather than imagining it all with "move-down" and the menu tools.
Is there any interest in this?
