Hello win32 users/testers,
Alan reported that the 0.43 installer does not install on his office computers: 1336396 Windows: problems installing as non-privileged user https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1336396&gr...
for me it looks like a real show stopper as it would affect many users.
The thing is that on computers where a user has limited rights he should: -uncheck the "shortcuts->for all users" option

please give some feedback.
BUT: if one users taps into that pitfall, others follow. So what should changed to be clear?
