Hi SVG Open organizers and Inkscape users,
As per the voting on doodle (http://doodle.com/g6q8szftsz3cnrg5) it seems like most people prefer the Golden gate theme. I personally prefered the "Mountain/Sun" scheme, but I think the bridge theme is nice as well and we should now continue to improve it.
Thank you all of the involved Inkscape and SVG Open people for your contributions and congratulations to Jozef for winning the voting.

Things that should be changed:
* The text on the bottom/right should be changed to "Mountain View CA, USA, Oct. 2-4 2009" - not that it is "Mountain View" (two words) and we should more clearly indicate that it is located in the US. If we use an abbreviation for October than it should still fit * Export into plain SVG * Cleanup of the code (size reduction) * Test if the text/fonts render correctly in all systems and browsers * Make sure it renders correctly in all browsers (currently the hills render as black in my Opera on Linux for some reason? Gradient or filter problem?) * potentially add some SMIL (e.g. moving clouds) for smil-enabled browsers (please do it subtile) * Make a PNG version for IE
Any volunteers to do the cleanup? Jeff - you already did it last time?
