Those options are effectively [No], [Cancel], [Yes] which doesn't seem a natural order for the answers either.
I see your point. However, when you think about it, there's some logic to making the buttons verbose. When the dialog appears, you can understand the resulting action of each button without having to read the dialog's message. [Yes] requires you to first know the question. On the other hand, [Save] is explicit.
