[Inkscape-user] An Inkscape mascot is definately needed

Hi list,

The logo is not enough guys, there should be some maskot for inkscape. Linux has one, gimp has one, mozilla has one. The sooner it happens, the better.

I created some mice with inkscape recently: http://www.inf.sgsp.edu.pl/pub/MALUNKI/incoming/

and if you like the idea I could create some inkscape related mice or similar animals, like http://www.inf.sgsp.edu.pl/pub/MALUNKI/2004/qcad2.png I've created some mascot-logos already and personaly I believe animal-mascots that can be drawn with hands and fingers (hard with birds or tuxes) are best, because various objects can be nicely put in their hands.

I don't want to force myself into official inkscape logo author, so the contest could be a good idea too.
