      I personally don't find it confusing, but I'd certainly change "Save"
to "Save and close", as it is the alternate option to "Close without
saving". "Cancel" is fine to me, as it almost always means cancel the
dialogue and go back to the app.

Those options are effectively [No], [Cancel], [Yes] which doesn't seem a
natural order for the answers either.
