Probably into the following (if you have Inkscape in your Applications folder): /Applications/Inkscape.app/Contents/Resources/extensions/

or put those two files into the user extensions folder

~/.config/Inkscape/extensions/

(In finder, use menu > Go > Go to Folder... > ~/.config/Inkscape/extensions/)
