Layers - I am importing vector graphics that was previouslywas on different layers, that information has been lost in the transfer and I am now trying to re-establish the layer detail. Create all the layers you need with the Layer menu or the layer palette (SHIFT+CTRL+L), then select all the objects you want on one particular layer and go to the Layer menu: Layer > Move selection to layer above/below (SHIFT+PgeUp/PgDown) until you reach the correct layer for this selection.
