[Inkscape-user] OpenClipart.org - Are uploads working?

It could be an issue with my ISP, but when I try to submit a file it says "upload in progress" then dies--FF gives back a blank page whilst Opera says "You tried to access the address http://openclipart.org/media/submit/clipart, which is currently unavailable".
