That was the cause Sherlock! Great!
Indeed I use my display in the potrait mode. Width 1400, height 2560.
Now I turned it to the normal landscape mode:
everything works fine.
(Note: I uninstalled the 32bit version and reinstalled the 64bit version)
I hope there will be solution, which allows the usage of a display in the portrait mode.
