I didn't know about this location for Snapshots, just used knew about "Mirrored Win32 Builds" http://inkscape.modevia.com/ Snapshots

I took the opportunity to push a dev version for win32 from today to https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=93438&package_id=... it contains the the exe-installer as well the 7z-archive.
Please note the printing defekt should be fixed in revision
