well, I must admit, that is strange. I don't think I've ever seen that message from a 32 bit installation. Any chance you could start Inkscape from a command prompt, using a command like this: C:\Program Files\Inkscape>inkscape or C:\Program Files\Inkscape>inkscape -V Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (Jan 30 2015)

It is possible this may give you a more detailed error message. (You may need to use C:\Program Files (x86))
