Yeah, if I can find some time between working on my Masters (in final month) and openclipart, I think it would be beneficial to put the upload tool for a direct upload to the screenshots section of the site, or have a new one showing what users are up too...a pool of inkscape user screenshots.
See the main page of http://www.openclipart.org/ for an example.

Hello there!
Once again I must admit how happy I am to use Inkscape - it has become no. 1 application that I use - see the attachment if you need proof ;-)
Here is the list of example sites created by me, that use graphics by Inkscape.

That's cool that you've been able to make these sites with Inkscape. :-)
Also, you guys mentioned that we, the users, can send you the screenshots of how we use Inkscape? I think it would be nice if, for example, you create a page on your site with a screnshot showing Inkscape at work and the web site that uses these graphics. If you need such a thing - just tell me.
Definitely, and I'll make sure they get added to the website this weekend. In addition to the web sites it might be interesting to have a screenshot showing it 'in progress' with inkscape and gimp open, so people will have a feel for how the tools are used together to produce something like this.
