[Inkscape-user] Installing Inkscape for use by Cygwin command line

Hi,

I've got Inkscape installed on my Windows 7 64 bit OS, but Cygwin doesn't recognize

Inkscape

as a valid command executed from the command-line. Does anyone know how I can get it to recognize this command?
