The exporter is relatively new, most likely the features are not yet fully supported. Does this happen with all documents? Might be wise to file a bug report and include more than one document that shows the problem but if you can figure out who is doing most of the work on the ODG exporter and they can probably tell you the current status. Testing with more recent nightly builds would probably be a good idead too.
