They have a product that claim to provide svg support and explorer shell integration. 15 trial download.

And once Inkview runs against a single file, it will not navigate to other SVG files in that same directory. Selecting multiple files and choosing Open invokes Inkview multiple times (multiple single-image windows).
I wonder if there is some way to install a "thumbnail helper" app in Windows Explorer so that when it is in thumbnail mode that Inkview can be invoked to create icons from .svg files...
