None so far, unfortunately. Loudmouth, the Jabber library that the current stable release of Inkboard depends upon, has no stable Windows release that we know of.

However, a future release of Inkboard will be based on a different Jabber library that _does_ function across all platforms on which Inkscape is supported, and offers more functionaltiy to the user, besides.
