Kie, could you add version tags, and maybe the 'render' tag, and a hint about required OS, so it will be easier to sort through all available extensions? See https://inkscape.org/en/gallery/=extension/?order=-edited for a list of currently available sorting tags for extensions (at the right, the dark grey boxes).
Is there a repository somewhere, where people can contribute to your extension?

here is a short message to let you know that I have uploaded a small extension to draw ratchets.
- variable number of teeth
- variable inner and outer diameter
- curved or straight horizontal and vertical lines for teeth
- optional inner circle
Not sure if this is the right mailing list or if this little extension will be of use to anyone. I wrote it to fill a need that I had and it works as intended so enjoy...
