It is in Issue 56: July 2005 of Linux Magazine. It is a nice little article covering how to draw with Inkscape. The PDF above has the whole article!

I also noted in my daily scan of the linux magazines that the PR we send out for OCAL and Inkscape makes it into most of the magazines now, if only a little blurb...soooo....great!
