For existing files, select an imported image and open Object Properties (Ctrl+Shift+O or right click and choose from context menu) and there is an image rendering option. No need to re-import things.

I guess I would just have to import it again? I don't remember if I scaled it before, or changed it at all. I guess I'll just have to play around with it, and hope I can get it aligned exactly as before.
