@Andreas: I am not exactly sure which version of Inkscape you have installed, 32-bit or 64-bit. If you are using the 64-bit version, it might be worthwhile to try the 32 bit version instead: for example inkscape-0.91.msi from https://inkscape.org/en/download/windows/
