it works for me in ink91 are you changing tabs from fill to stroke. I tend not to use the fill and stroke menu but use the ones bottom left. selecting colours from the ribbon just above it with right click.
I also change the centre using guides not the circle method but that might be because I have a trackpad not a mouse so no scroll wheel.
