I don't think there is any. (Well, that's what I hope!)
Bob is keeping up to date the libraries and everything needed to get Inkscape to compile (and crosscompile) for Windows. So, even if there is no recent build in my site, Bob may have one (as I have to check out Bob's new libraries and compilers when that happens.) I may lag a little, but the builds are the same in the end.
Regarding speed, well, my "site" is just my home server with ADSL, so yes, it might be just a little bit slower. ;) I'll try to see if I can put a mirror in my school later.
