[Inkscape-user] Book updated for 0.44.1 and Tileable Pattern tutorial added.

I have uploaded a new version of the book "A Guide to Inkscape". The book has a few minor updates for Inkscape 0.44.1. In addition, a new tutorial has been added to show how to use the Create Tiled Clones dialog to produce patterns that can be repeated seamlessly.
