[Inkscape-user] Newest build doesn't start

I always download the newest build from inkscape.modevia.com/win32/?C=M;O=D This was the latest build that works correctly: Inkscape19663-0808151831.7z All the following builds (august 16. 18. 19) produce the same mistake if I try to start Inkscape: see the image or see here: http://hagoschaos.de/test/
