We already have the translations done for all Indic languages and these are also attached in the Bugs (https://bugs.launchpad.net/~cpdhutadmal ). I suspect what is missing is volunteers to do the translation. How to contribute a translation is outlined on this web page https://inkscape.org/en/contribute/translations/
