next time attach directly the BMP, right now we can see only a SVG file with a big red X and the "broken image" text.

Actually, he should probably avoid the use of BMP altogether.

It's a very Windows-centric format, and has fairly limited support. Instead he should use PNG or GIF.

Then, of course, he would need to attach the bitmapped image file also.

Or better, place them somewhere on the Web and point out its location.
