I have an interesting problem. I just noticed that with Inkscape 0.46 (built on April 8th) installed on Ubuntu 9.04 from the default repos has no Raster effects listed from the effects menu. This is the first time that I noticed it was missing since installing Ubuntu 9.04 in late April. They are listed in my SVN version (r21302) that I have compiled but the entire effect listing is broken. Do others have this problem?
