All good ideas. I've seeded proposal pages for each of these three
ideas in the board docs, as I think they're pretty close.

All three will require a "voting statement" made before we can vote
(basically, turn the premise into a Yes/No question), as well as
specifying any particulars like (estimated) costs, procedures, etc.
4. Bug tracking recognition
We have just discussed books for developers, which not only should help
the level of code in Inkscape but also can be seen as a token reward for
our most active developers. I really would like to do something to
recognize how much ~suv had contributed to Inkscape through her work on
keeping our bug-tracker in order (and answering questions on IRC).
This one I think is totally cool, but needs to be more specifically
defined before it's votable.
